You are welcome at Studio Alma, my treatment space nestled in my tropical garden in Jávea — a place where nothing is expected of you, and everything is allowed to be.
Alma is the Spanish word for soul.
And that is exactly what this space holds: a place where you can soften out of your mind, return to your body, and reconnect with what lives within your soul.
In Studio Alma, I invite you to arrive.
To slow down.
To come home to yourself.
A session with me is more than just a massage.
It is a moment for you — as a woman.
We always begin in stillness, with a conversation.
How are you, really?
What is present in your life right now?
What are you longing for, and what might be ready to soften or be released?
From there, the session unfolds intuitively.
Perhaps we share a cup of ceremonial cacao.
Perhaps we draw a card for insight into what is arising.
Perhaps I guide you through a short meditation to help you land more deeply within yourself.
Everything is attuned to what you need in that moment.
During the massage, I work with softness, presence, and deep attention.
With my background as a physiotherapist specialized in women’s health,
I combine clinical knowledge of the body with intuitive, holistic touch.
I use fascia and relaxation techniques that not only reduce tension,
but support you in truly letting go.
So you don’t just relax, but reconnect with who you are — in your body,
in your womanhood. Allowing your feminine energy to flow freely again.
In this space, you are held.
Seen.
Gently supported.
Nothing needs to be fixed here.
You are simply allowed to be.
After your massage, there is plenty of time to gently return outward.
There’s no rush to step back into the outside world.
Take a moment to enjoy some tea, a nourishing snack and if you wish,
share your experience.
The full session lasts up to 2.5 hours and costs €150.
During your first weeks after birth, I offer these sessions in the comfort of your own home, so you can stay close to your baby. I offer these sessions in the area of Jávea and costs €180.
